Meet Chef Kris Calloway

Whether its traditional Italian dishes or steaks and seafood, Dolce has a dish for everyone. From his fresh ricotta and burrata cheese to his specials that really highlight his culinary talent, Chef Kris Calloway has put together a menu that does not disappoint.
His vast training and experience in the culinary world is showcased in his dishes. He graduated from the highly esteemed Scottsdale Culinary Institute from which he did his externship at 103 West in Atlanta, Georgia. He went on to work at Blue Point where he learned from some of Atlanta’s most talented chefs. In 2006, he helped open and was Executive Chef for Dolce Enoteca e Ristorante, Geisha House, and Ten Pin Alley in Atlantic Station. In 2013, he joined Cook Hall’s team at the W Hotel in Atlanta which was ran by Culinary Concepts, a collaboration between Starwood and Chef Jean George.
Chef Kris is now excited to bring his extraordinary culinary talents to Panama City Beach.
With a large selection of "by the glass" wines, represented by every region of Italy as well as wines from around the world, we have something that pairs well with each of our dishes. In addition, our signature cocktail menu features drinks made using only Italian spirits and craft liqueurs.
